More Than 80 Researchers Take Part in Readings in the Tavricheskiy

The Conference “Readings in the Tavricheskiy” opened at the IPA CIS headquarters. The event takes place in the Tavricheskiy Palace for the 16^th time. The Conference is traditionally organized by the Center for the History of Parliamentarism under the IPA CIS. The plenary session was focused on the political processes that led to the formation of the USSR and its collapse.

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent a greeting to the Conference participants, which was read out by his Deputy Elena Kuzina. Secretary General noted the importance of the event for studying the history and analysis of the modern development of parliamentarism. He also emphasized the high appreciation received by the collections of articles published as a result of the event in the academic community.
