The IPA CIS International Observers released an official report as a follow-up on the presidential elections in the Russian Federation which took place on 18 March 2018.
The Observer Team included MPs and representatives from the IPA CIS member nations, namely Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Tajikistan, as well as the IPA CIS Council Secretariat staff members. First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ziyafat Asgharov was appointed the Team Coordinator.
