The Tavricheskiy Palace, the IPA CIS headquarters, hosted the international symposium dedicated to the activities of the Soviet state and party figure, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan Iskhak Razzakov.
Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Dastanbek Dzumabekov conveyed the greetings to the participants. His welcome address was delivered by Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurbek Satvaldiev.
The guests and participants of the conference also watched a film on the personality of Iskhak Razzakov, his public and party activity and achievements in his capacity as First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan.
