4 september 2019 Dmitriy Kobitskiy: Message from President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the nation defines new ways and capacities to address the global challenges

On 2 September 2019, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev made a speech to the Kazakhstan nation during the joint meeting of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The speech was titled ‘Constructive public debate as a basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan’ and addressed the areas of the country’s development in the face of globalization. Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent his feedback for the message.

According to Dmitriy Kobitskiy, the Message is a milestone for the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The speech addressed such important issues as the problems of small and medium business, developing education and science, modernization of higher and specialized secondary education. Secretary General noted high relevance of the digitalization of the governmental processes and expressed the confidence that the e-government services provided to the people and business would benefit economic activity and increase investment attractiveness of the country.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy highlighted that the range of initiatives provided by the Message defined new ways and capacities to address the global challenges and expressed his conviction that all the priority objectives of the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the following years would be successfully implemented.
