Experts from CIS Countries Exchanged Views on Eastern Direction of Eurasian Integration

On 6 March, the international expert session of the “Points of growth” project with the presentation of the “Points of growth: the Eastern direction of Eurasian integration” analytical report prepared on the basis of research with the assistance of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund took place in the Uzbek cultural center of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in St. Petersburg.

Head of the IPA CIS IIMDD Analytical and Election Monitoring Department Roman Amburtsev took part in the expert session and discussion of the report.

One of the report sections was devoted to the youth of Eurasia as an object of influence and a subject of creativity. During the section, opinions on the ambiguity of young people’s understanding of the “freedom factor”, the desire to get the “maximum result with minimum effort”, and the problem of “social infantilism” and youth leadership were presented.
