In his presentation, the Speaker commented on the recent rulings of the Constitutional Court on the state of the election legislation and prompted by practical electoral disputes. The Constitutional Court does rule on matters related to the constitutionality of legal regulations, yet it does not adjudicate individual litigations over electoral rights. The Judiciary demonstrated its significance as the supreme authority in the effective legislation and the safeguard of voting rights by applying the constitutional benchmark.
