Arif Ragimzadeh: "Quality of elections is a mark of maturity of a civil society"

Speaking at the seminar he said that Azerbaijan has gone a long way towards promoting its election law. Staff of elecoms is well trained and educated, while the logistics is in line with international standards. Recent presidential elections is a result of long and hard efforts, yet the process is continuous and never ends.
