Elections in Azerbaijan are transparent, say candidates and observers

International observers and candidates, both noted the transparency of elections in Azerbaijan.
No concerns have been registered during the elections, said PACE observer mission Leader Robert Walter. In his turn, the IPA CIS observer team Leader Leanid Sloutskiy said elections proceeded in a calm and normal environment.
