IPA CIS IIMDP experts report on long-term observation in Kazakhstan

The working group issued a report on the preparation to the elections and provided an assessment of nominating and registration of candidates.
The observer team has been mandated by Erlan Idrissov, Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, who invited Valentina Matvienko, Chairperson, IPA CIS, Speaker, Federation Council and IPA CIS representatives to take part at the observation mission.
