IPA CIS observers mat with the Vice –Speaker of Mazhilis Sergey Dyachenko. The Vice-Speaker noted that IPA CIS observation mission was traditionally the main CIS mission monitoring elections across the Commonwealth. IPA CIS Mission Leader Farhod Rahimov said that all conditions for the work of the mission were in place. The parties agreed that IPA CIS is an effective forum for parliamentary cooperation in the Commonwealth.
