Sergey Lebedev believes the international observers are strongly committed to the work at the elections in Kazakhstan

We attended the meeting of the electors from Astana and witnessed open and transparent elections, said the Head of the CIS Observer Mission. He stressed the strong commitment of observers demonstrated by their large number at the elections this year. He also mentioned the improvement of the legal framework making elections an effective democratic tool and, most importantly, a way to establish the voice of people, a safeguard of true representation that will drive progress and prosperity in the country.
