The IPA CIS observer team held a set-up meeting in the Belorussian capital. Coordinator of the team Vladimir Bozhko spoke on the plan of work during the days ahead.
Director of IIMDD IPA CIS Dmitry Gladei shared on the composition of the team and individual routes of observers on the E-Day.
