Team of election observers on their way to Belgrade

Today, a team of IPA CIS observers arrived in Belgrade to observe parliamentary elections on the invitation of Chairman of the NCEC extended to the IPA CIS Council Chairperson Valentina Matvienko. The observers will monitor early parliamentary elections on 16 March.
