The seminar in Baku draws the line

On 17 December, the Seminar moved to the NCEC HQ.
NCEC Chairman Mazahir Pahanov briefed the audience on the CEC activities throughout the election process in the 2013 presidential elections. He dwelt in detail on the CEC cooperation with the international observers. In his view, the observers from the IPA CIS stand out among all other long-term monitoring teams in that their scope of monitoring is so much broader, the quality of their legal analysis of electoral practices of the executive, the legislative and the judiciary, is so much precise and comprehensive.
