Voting at the presidential elections in Azerbaijan is over. Polling stations are closed, elecoms are busy counting votes.
IPA CIS international observers met to discuss their experiences. Each MP had a possibility to offer personal views.
Overall, in the opinion of the observers, the elections were transparent, premises were tidy and the atmosphere was upbeat with popular emotions.
Findings of the Observation Team will be officially made public at the CIS mission PC on 10 October.
