Almaty is hosting the second regional introduction of the model law Public-Private Partnership

The IPA CIS Council Secretariat, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Eurasian Development Bank are the co-organizers of the event.
Members of parliaments, representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the UN Economic Commission for Europe and experts both from the CIS and other countries have arrived to the headquarters of the Eurasian Bank to join the event.
The IPA CIS Council Secretariat was represented by Andrey Vaganov, Chief of the Support Unit of Model Law-Making in the Fields of State-Building and Economy, Secretary of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Economy and Finance.
