Experts on legal issues come together at the Tavricheskiy Palace

The meeting of the Board of Experts at the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace – the IPA CIS headquarters. The meeting brought together members of the Board of Experts, representatives of judicial and law-enforcement agencies, research institutions, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut and Deputy Head of IPA CIS Secretariat Alexey Dolzhikov.

The participants of the meeting discussed the concept of the draft model law Digital Notary Based on Services and Tools of Authorized Third Parties, the draft model law Legal Practice and Attorneyship shared views on the progress in implementing the decisions adopted by the meeting of the Board of Experts on 6 April 2016.

The meeting also focused on a number of organizational issues.
