Legal issues were discussed in the headquarters of the IPA CIS

The IPA CIS Permanent Commission on legal issues held a meeting in the Tavricheskiy Palace, the headquarters of the IPA CIS, on 15 October 2015.
The meeting focused upon bills of model laws on material rights and on entrepreneurship.
The members of the commission also discussed the bills of model laws courts of arbitration, on parliamentary investigative procedure, on state property registry, on public real estate registration, on notary services, on state property, on public autonomous association.
Another issue for discussion was election of the chairperson of the Commission.
