IPA CIS delegation laid wreath at the Mother Nation Memorial

Today, Heads of CIS parliaments remembered the victims of the Blockade of Leningrad at the Piskarevskoye Memorial Cemetery by a wreath-laying ceremony and observing a minute of silence. Speaker of the State Douma Sergey Naryshkin said that next year the Member Nations of the Commonwealth will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. The Year 2015 will be dedicated as the Year of Veterans.
