IPA COIS Council meeting in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The meeting was opened by the welcoming address by the IPA CIS Council President and Speaker of the Federation Council valentine Matvienko. She started with congratulating the Speaker of Verhovna Rada on his first session in the IPA CIS Council. The Chairperson of the State Douma Alexander Naryshkin congratulated valentine Matvienko with her birthday and wished her doog health and bright career moving forward.
