On the eve of the second session of the Young CIS Parliamentarians Assembly young MPs flock to SPB from eight CIS countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan and Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine.
YPA is a budding organization and it is expected to become a generator of ideas, a brain factory. We are plotting our future and making strategic choices, - says YPA Coordinator Sevij Fatalieva.
