Dmitriy Kobitskiy Spoke at Upper House of Russian Parliament

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy took part in a meeting of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The meeting was chaired by Chair of the Committee Andrei Klishas.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy informed the senators about the progress of drafting model legislative acts and other documents of the IPA CIS in 2020-2022, as well as told about international events during this period.

The Secretary General presented information on the results of the Ninth Nevsky Ecological Congress, the Third Eurasian Women's Forum, the International Conference “Global Challenges and Threats in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Terrorism and Violent Extremism”, held in 2021, as well as the conference “Legal Support for Digital Development of Society”, held in 2022.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy also took part in the meeting of the Council of the Chamber.
