On behalf of the Secretariat of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly IPA CIS Council Secretary General Dmitriy Kobitskiy congratulated Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan on his birthday.
