IPA CIS Representatives Laid Flowers at Piskarevskoe Memorial Cemetery

On the day of the 79^th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the IPA CIS representatives paid tribute to the heroes who sacrificed their lives for freedom and independence. The delegation laid flowers at the monument of the Mourning Nation and the memorial plates at the Piskarevskoe Memorial Cemetery in St. Petersburg.

The ceremony was attended by Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Chilingaryan, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova Ion Lipciu, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Irina Sokolova, and the representatives of the PA CSTO Secretariat.
