Improving Safety Culture Discussed at Forum at Herzen University

The Second International Intersectoral Forum on Safety Culture is being held the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia from 30 May to 2 June.

Head of the Expert and Analytical Department of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Denis Zhuk spoke on behalf of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat at the working seminar of the CIS Commission on the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy “Analysis of approaches and measures to improve the safety culture and leadership in nuclear  power industry”.

During the report on “The tasks and mechanisms of the model lawmaking in the IPA CIS”, he briefed on the documents developed by the Assembly in the field of safety.

The forum is attended by representatives of enterprises, organizations and relevant departments from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Hungary, the USA, Sweden and other countries.
