The Blockade Victims Memorial Day

IPA CIS SG Alexey Sergeev and Secretariat staff members took part in the remembrance ceremony at the Piskarevskoye memorial cemetery. Together with city authorities and the general public, they participated in the wreath-laying ceremony at the central monument.
The Blockade of Leningrad started 72 years ago. Every year, on 8 September, the Northern Capital of Russia remembers those who were victimized defending their homes and bringing the victory closer.
