27th Anniversary of IPA CIS Convention

On 26 May 1995, the leaders of the CIS countries signed the Convention on the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Minsk. Since that time, the IPA CIS obtained the rights of an international organization. The Convention defines the key areas of IPA CIS activity. In 2022, the IPA CIS celebrates its 30th anniversary.
