Business Program Structure of Third Eurasian Women's Forum Published

The business program structure of the Third Eurasian Women's Forum was published on the official website of the event. The Forum will take place on 13 – 15 October 2021 at the Tavricheskiy Palace in St. Petersburg. The EAWF 2021 is organized by the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.
The main theme of the Third Eurasian Women’s Forum is “Women: Global Mission in a New Reality”. The program of the event includes five discussion platforms: the women’s mission to shape a new agenda for peace and trust, the women’s mission to achieve social transformation, the women’s mission to come together for a healthy society, the women’s mission to achieve digitalization and economic development, the women’s mission to protect the planet: the philosophy of conscious consumption and an environmentally friendly future.
The central event of the platform “Women’s Mission in Shaping a New Agenda for Peace and Trust” will be an interparliamentary dialogue with the participation of women MPs, political leaders and representatives of international and non-profit organizations.
Expert discussions, scientific and practical seminars, open dialogues and presentations will be held in the framework of the “Women’s Mission to Come Together for a Healthy Society” platform.
Adaptation of the employment system to the new reality, training of new personnel, and an increase in the general level of digital maturity will be considered within the “Women’s Mission to Achieve Social Transformation” platform.
Digitalization and creative economy, its trends and opportunities will be discussed within the “Women’s Mission to Achieve Digitalization and Economic Development” digital platform.
The ecological platform “Women’s Mission to Protect the Planet: the Philosophy of Conscious Consumption and an Environmentally Friendly Future” will be devoted to the issues of preserving the planet, the role of women in shaping the “green economy”, and solving climate issues.
