Senators of Kazakhstan and Russia Held a Joint Meeting in Astrakhan

On 13 April 2022, the next meeting of the Commission on Cooperation between the upper chambers of the parliaments of Kazakhstan and Russia took place under the chairmanship of First Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Andrey Yatskin and Deputy Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Shakirov.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues and prospects of inter-parliamentary cooperation within the framework of the Kazakh-Russian agreements.
