Federation Council will take action on the CIS Economic Court

Agenda item 10 is entitled “Nomination of the Justice of the CIS Economic Court”

The item is sponsored by the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Law, Legal and Judicial Affairs, and the Development of Civil Society and the Committee on International Affairs. Reports will be presented by Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation Alexander Kotenkov, Vice-Chairman of the High Arbitrary Court Artur Absalyamov, Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Law, Legal and Judicial Issues and Civil Society, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federation Council at the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation Konstantin Dobrynin. Evelina Nagornaya, formerly Justice of the Federal Court of Arbitration of Moscow District, is nominated to the position of the Justice of the CIS Economic Court.
