Milli Mejlis and Media Board of Azerbaijan sign MoC

The signing ceremony of the MoC took place in Milli Mejslis of the Azerbaijan Republic.
The chairman of the board Aflatun Amashev and the chairman of the parliamentary committee on culture Nizami Jafarov signed the MoC. Nizami Jafarov congratulated the representatives of the media on the 140th anniversary of first published news in the country.
