According to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, 9 September is an official holiday celebrating the State Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The main event marking the holiday will be held in the evening of 9 September on the Central Republican Stadium in Dushanbe featuring a show by famous Tajikistani performers.
