Dmitriy Kobitskiy Addressed Opening Ceremony at Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library

On 21 November 2023, the exhibition "Culture under the auspices of the state: from the Ministry of the Imperial Court to the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation" was opened at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library. The exposition marks the 30^th anniversary of the formation of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation.

Secretary General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Dmitriy Kobitskiy addressed the opening ceremony. He noted the special importance of promotion and development of projects in the cultural sphere and spoke about the work of IPA CIS in this direction.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy briefed on the results of the international conference “Russian Language as a Basis for Integration Dialogue in the CIS” held on 26-27 October. The Presidential Library was a co-organizer of this cultural event.

Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov addressed the opening ceremony and highlighted that the special attention at the exhibition is paid to supporting institutions of culture, art and science.

The exhibition also shows archival documents, drawings, plans, rare books of XIX–XXI centuries, photographs, newsreel and other materials from the collection of the Presidential Library and its partners.

The exhibition "Culture under the auspices of the state: from the Ministry of the Imperial Court to the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation" will run until 29 December 2023.
