Dmitriy Kobitskiy Congratulated CIS Executive Committee on its 25th Anniversary

On 2 April 1999, the Council of the CIS Heads of State decided to reorganize the CIS Executive Secretariat, the staff of the Intergovernmental Economic Committee of the Economic Union, as well as the staff of interstate and intergovernmental sectoral bodies into a single permanent body, the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent a congratulatory message to Chair of the CIS Executive Committee Sergey Lebedev on the 25^th anniversary of the organization’s founding.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy noted that the IPA CIS appreciated the long-standing relations with the CIS Executive Committee and relied on their productive continuation. He wished the staff of the CIS Executive Committee new large-scale achievements for the CIS Nations.
