Youth Electoral School Started on Issyk-Kul

On 23 June, the Youth Electoral School “Elections in a Changing World: Law, Security, and Technology” started in the village of Bulan-Sogotu in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The school was organized by the International Institute for Monitoring the Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD).
The co-organizers in 2025 are Bishkek State University named after K. Karasayev, Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, and Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin. The School is held with the support of the Central Commission on Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Youth Electoral School takes place on 23–28 June 2025. Students, graduate students and professors from the partner universities of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat, representatives of the election administration bodies of the Commonwealth countries, and employees and experts from the IPA CIS IIMDD and its Offices participate in the event.
The program includes lectures, workshops, seminars, practical classes, and roundtables.
