Armenia and Ukraine agree to cooperate in promoting science and technology

Armenia and Ukraine signed a Memorandum on Cooperation in Research and Technologies for 2013-2017 and a plan of Implementation which provides for a series of joint research projects, academic exchanges and symposiums.
