Chair of the CIS Economic Tribunal will hold an online conference

According to the CIS Economic Tribunal, Chief Justice and Bench Chair of the Tribunal Lyudmila Kamenkova will hold an annual online conference. This year the subject of the conference is The CIS Economic Tribunal in the modern period.

The conference will take place at the Court web-portal at http://sudsng.org/conference/ and will feature a question-and-answer session that will last till 31 March.

The topics include, inter alia:

• CIS Economic Tribunal activities;

• Judicial acts of the CIS Economic Tribunal and their influence and; application in the CIS;

• The role of the CIS Economic Tribunal in uniform application of international agreements within the CIS;

• Dispute resolution in the free-trade area;

• Judgments of the CIS Economic Tribunal in people's lives –practice of interpretation cases.
