CIS Execom discusses outlines of a common CIS labor market

On 13-14 May 2015 CIS Execom discusses outlines of a common CIS labor market at a meeting of an expert working group to draft a Concept Paper on the Gradual Transition to the Common Labor Market of the Commonwealth and a Plan of Work on the Gradual Transition to the Common Labor Market and Labor Migration Control in the Commonwealth for 2015-2018.
According to the Execom Press Service, the Concept Paper is a compilation of commitments, principles, challenges and deadlines for the transition, as well as implementation policies and legislative frameworks.
The document is a follow-up to the CIS Economic Development Strategy till 2020 and is based on international legal instruments effective.
Transition to the common labor market includes a set of agreed policies to promote a sustainable, controlled labor management to achieve effective use of labor and creative capacity of the Commonwealth Member Nations.
