OSCE PA elects a new President

At its recent session in Baku, the OSCE PA, a partner organization of the IPA CIS, elected a new President, Head of the Finnish delegation in the Assembly and the Doyen of the Finnish parliament Ilkka Kanerva. Secretary General – cum – Executive Secretary of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev sent his congratulations to the newly elected President saying that the two organizations have a long tradition of fruitful cooperation and expressed his expectation that during his tenure this cooperation will maintain its momentum.
