Exhibition Dedicated to Cosmonautics Day Opens in Tavricheskiy Palace

The exhibition dedicated to the 60^th anniversary of the first human space flight opened in the Tavricheskiy Palace – the IPA CIS headquarters.

The exposition features historical photographs and archival materials revealing the details of preparation for a significant event and the reaction of the world community to a successful flight: clippings from Soviet newspapers, covers of foreign magazines, footage with cosmonaut Yury Gagarin and engineer Sergey Korolyov.
