Tavricheskiy welcomes the young MPs

On the day before the session we met with the Leader of the youth chapter of the Parliament of the Republic of Armennia Karlen Hachatrian and member of the youth chapter Avetik Aroutiunian. They shared with us their expectations: "Tomorrow we expect to meet our peers from other countries in an informal setting. We want the YIPA CIS to be a generator of innovative ideas and ambitious proposals". The idea of a youth forum within the IPA CIS has a history, but all these years it was being elbowed out of the agenda. It went off for a new start under the leadership of Valentina Matvienko as the Speaker of the Federation Council.
