Specialized IPA CIS Permanent Commission held Meeting with Leadership of Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan

A meeting of members of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology and Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Azat Sultanov was held in Astana.

The parties discussed issues of development of the agrarian sector of Kazakhstan. The importance of training qualified personnel to work in this area was emphasized.

Particular attention at the meeting was paid to the problems of legislative regulation. They also considered advanced scientific and technological developments that can improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector.
