Dmitriy Kobitskiy Held Meeting With Veterans of IPA CIS Council Secretariat

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy met with the organization’s Council of Veterans at the Tavricheskiy Palace. Former staff members of the organization were interested in its current work and plans for the future.

The Secretary General told the participants of the meeting about the main promising areas of joint legislative work of the MPs of the Commonwealth, informed them about the development of major congress events.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy invited the veterans of the Secretariat to participate in the events of the Assembly, meetings of the Permanent Commissions and Expert Advisory Boards, share their experience and knowledge with the youth.

He expressed confidence that the oldest staff members of the organization could provide invaluable assistance in preparing the archive of historical materials on the foundation of the IPA CIS, creating a thematic exposition of the Research Center of Parliamentary History, and the work of the Research and Methodological Council.
