IPA CIS Monitoring Group Met with Political Parties Participating in Kazakhstan’s Kurultai Elections

On 4 August, members of the IPA CIS international observer group held meetings at the campaign headquarters of political parties contesting the parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan. The meetings were held with representatives of the Adilet Party, the Nationwide Social Democratic Party, the Baytaq Green Party, the Ak Jol Democratic Party, and the Respublika Party.
On 3 – 4 August, the IPA CIS international observers met in Kazakhstan’s capital with representatives of all political parties participating in the elections.
On 5 – 6 August, the long-term monitoring mission will continue in Almaty.
