Polad Bulbuloglu has been Elected Chair of CIS Council for Humanitarian Cooperation

The CIS Council for Humanitarian Cooperation has been elected a new Chair. Chair of the Committee of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Culture and Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sport Polad Bulbuloglu was elected to the position.
Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent his congratulations on the election.
