IPA CIS Observers Visited Ata Beyit Memorial Complex in Kyrgyzstan

On 10 April 2021, the IPA CIS observers at the referendum on the draft Law on the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the Ata Beyit Memorial Complex and laid flowers at the monument.
Ata Beyit Memorial Complex was constructed on the initiative of first President of Kyrgyzstan Askar Akayev in 2000.
