Leadership of IPA CIS Council Secretariat Participated in Commemorative Ceremonies in Baku

Within the framework of an official visit to the capital of the Azerbaijan Republic, the delegation of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat laid flowers on the grave of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev and at the Eternal Flame Memorial Complex at the Martyrs’ Lane.

The ceremony was attended by Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy, Head of the working group on inter-parliamentary relations Azerbaijan-Russia, member of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic of the 6^th convocation Nizami Safarov, Deputy Secretary General – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic Aydin Jafarov, First Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Sergey Kurdin, Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat – Director of the International Institute for Monitoring the Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD) Ivan Mushket, Director of the IIMDD IPA CIS Baku office Teymur Muradov, as well as the heads of the directorates of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.
