Second Day of Elections in Russia: CIS MPs Monitor Polling Stations

The IPA CIS international observers monitor the elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation at polling stations in Moscow.

IPA CIS Observer Team Coordinator, Deputy Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Shakirov visited polling station No. 10 in Moscow.

Observers inspect polling stations, talk with chairpersons and members of election commissions and other observers, assess the availability and completeness of information materials at polling stations, the measures ensuring secrecy of the vote and free expression of the will.
