Alexey Sergeev: "Basic legal principles answer international standards"

Some countries use transparent balloting boxes, some use web-cameras at the polling stations, others don’t. However, basic legal principles remain faithful to international standards, said Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Alexey Segeev at a press briefing in the national CEC in Yerevan.
