Conceptual Framework of the model Code of Innovations for the CIS Member Nations discussed in St. Petersburg

Today, the WG continues to deliberate the Model Code of Innovations for the CIS Member Nations. This document is needed to become a framework for the growing cooperation in the economic sphere provided for in the 2020 Strategy for Economic Development of the CIS. IPA CIS PC on Science and Education was the initiator of this document.
